Carrie L. Hall, CLU®, CFP®

Carrie has been helping her clients in financial, business and estate planning since 1985, and has been affiliated with New York Life as an agent since 1988. Carrie is a Nautilus Plus Member and was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of The Nautilus Group® for four years beginning in 2018. The Nautilus Group® is an exclusive, advanced planning resource for estate conservation and business continuation strategies. The Nautilus Group® is a service of New York Life Insurance Company, and Nautilus Plus membership is limited to 30 of the company’s more than 12,000 agents.

Carrie is an Investment Adviser Representative with Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser, an Eagle Plus Member which is an elite group of 30 advisers, and a Registered Representative with NYLIFE Securities LLC.

Through her hard work with New York Life, Carrie is a lifetime qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)* and has achieved memberships to New York Life’s Chairman's Cabinet, Chairman’s Council and Life Council^. In 2021, Carrie was the top agent at New York Life, and has the honor of being the Council President for the year.

Carrie graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in finance with an emphasis in accounting. She has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designations from the American College.

Carrie is actively involved in the community through her work on operating and foundation boards for several organizations and memberships including Valley Estate Planners, Advanced Life Underwriters Association (AALU), The Brophy Foundation, Women's Board of the Barrow Neurological Institute, Arizona Women’s Board Supporting Kidney Health, Arizona Community Foundation Professional Advisory Board, and the Arizona Children’s Association. She is also a member of the board of directors for New York Life Agent Reinsurance Company (NYLARC). She periodically gives her time to speak at events through her affiliation with The Nautilus Group®, Eagle Strategies and NAIFA (The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors). Carrie is married to Brian and they have two children, Max and Windsor.

Chad Tucker

Chad serves clients by developing integrated financial plans that focus on five key planning areas, PROTECTION, RETIREMENT, INVESTMENT, ESTATE and CHARITABLE GIVING. Utilizing a thorough process, he enjoys helping business owners navigate the unique planning needs of their ongoing business with an eye towards succession planning on the horizon. Trusted guidance and comprehensive solutions are cornerstones of his practice.

Chad is a graduate of the New York Life Advanced Planning Group’s Coaching Series, a client-centered planning process with the goal of helping successful clients crystallize their objectives and design suitable solutions. A key goal is to not just design plans, but to execute them with precision to help clients achieve their goals.

Prior to starting his career in financial services, Chad earned his Bachelor’s (BBA) Degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 1993. He went onto become an Investment Advisor Representative with Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor, and a Registered Representative with New York Life Securities LLC. He holds his FINRA Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses.

He and his wife, Colleen, got married in 2005 and have two elementary school children, Ella and Jack. The Tuckers are enthusiastically involved in their children’s school and are active members at their church.

Jennifer McClintock

As our Operations Manager for the firm, Jennifer provides invaluable support to our advisers. She is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she uses her organizational, technological and administrative skills to help our planning process, insurance, and marketing efforts. Jennifer and her husband Nick spend their time between Arizona and Toronto, Canada with their young son Benjamin.

Natalie Reader

As the Director of New Accounts and Operations, Natalie facilitates and supports our new business and client engagement processes. She is a valued employee with more than 30 years of administrative experience in the life insurance industry, with a particular emphasis on managing the complex life insurance application process from start to finish. Natalie and her husband, Shawn, have two daughters and have lived in the Valley of the Sun for the past 35 years.

Maisie LaBarr

As our Scheduling and Client Support Manager for our firm, Maisie manages the scheduling and provides support to our clients. Maisie Graduated from Arizona State University majoring in Business Communication. Maisie enjoys traveling and spending her down time with family and friends.

Lulu Lundstedt

As a Client Support Analyst, Lulu provides invaluable support to Carrie and our office and clients’ needs in the areas of client communications and process management. Lulu graduated from The University of Arizona majoring in Marketing.

Francesca Leonard

As a Client Support Analyst, Francesca provides support to existing clients in the areas of communication, Brinker and Estate management. Francesca graduated from the University of Arizona Honors College majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship. She enjoys time with friends and family and traveling when she can! 

Abi Meade

Abi works as a Client Relations and Service Manager, serving as a consistent source information and a reliable voice for Carrie Hall and Associates. Abi began her work for Carrie Hall after completing the Women in Finance program through Fresh Start Women’s Foundation and is proud to represent the program in the work she puts in every day. In her free time Abi enjoys playing guitar, hiking, and traveling.
